Senior Java Full Stack Developer - Spring Boot/React.js (7-10 yrs)

Position : Sr Java Developer - Full Stack ( Java/ ReactJS/ Spring/ Python )

Education : B. Tech

Experience : A senior Java professional with 7-10 years of development experience, with at least 3-4 years in full-stack development. Should be hands-on and ready for coding.

Location : Gurgaon

Compensation : Competitive and commensurate with candidate caliber and experience

Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile :

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a senior developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have good communication skills.

You should be comfortable with both frontend technologies like ReactJs and Spring ( preferably Spring 6+, Spring Boot 3+, Java 8+ ). You should be a self-learner and be able to demonstrate the ability to learn new frameworks, expertise on your own.

Responsibilities :

- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code

- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements

- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project meets business objectives and compliance standards

- Support test and deployment of new products and features

- Participate in code reviews

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field) - B-Tech will be preferred

- 7+ years of relevant work experience

- Deep expertise in Java (Spring 6+, Spring Boot 3+, Java 8+)

- Hands on experience with front-end JavaScript frameworks like React.js 16+ ( Vue / Angular can be considered but ReactJs experience will be given preference )

- Hands on experience in native Python as well as frameworks like Flask or Django

- Experience with Agile software development methodologies

- Ability to multi-task and organize work

- Demonstrated intent and capability for self-learning

- A good team leader - capable of nurturing and developing programmers of varying skill-sets in the team.

- Passionate and driven - willing to work hard, long hours when required, off hours when required, stretch and stretch so that we all succeed in major client wins.

- Depending on experience, candidate will either be an individual contributor or manage a small product team.
