Functional Consultant - Oracle Fusion & Time & Labor Module (5-8 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Fusion Time and Labor Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and experience in implementing time and labor solutions. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and design and implement solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure Timecards and related components in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor

- Develop Time Entry and Time Calculation rules

- Create Time Entry & Time Processing profiles

- Design and create Elements, including Payroll Elements (desired)

- Facilitate CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing

- Write Time & Labor Fast Formulas

- Lead requirements gathering workshops

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions

- Analyze business requirements and design solutions to meet client needs

- Configure and test Oracle Fusion Time and Labor solutions

- Develop and deliver training to clients

- Provide post-implementation support

Required Skills :

- Advanced knowledge of Oracle Fusion Time and Labor

- 5-8 years of experience in implementing time and labor solutions

- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

- Self-motivated with ability to plan work effort and manage priorities

- Keen attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management) preferred

Nice to Have Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll

- Knowledge of payroll processing and regulations

- Experience with project management methodologies

- Certification in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor or related field

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
