Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Fusion Talent Functional Consultant to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud Talent Management modules, including Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, and Succession Planning. The successful candidate will serve as an IT business partner for the Talent Management function and drive continuous improvements across the Talent Management systems landscape.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Design, Develop, Implement, and Support: Oracle Cloud Talent Management modules to meet business requirements.

2. Talent Management Integration: Design and support integration with other systems and third-party providers.

3. Legacy Data Migration: Manage legacy Talent Management data migration.

4. Retire Legacy Systems: Support the retirement of legacy Talent Management systems.

5. Documentation and Standards: Create and maintain Talent Management systems documentation and standards.

6. Business Requirements Gathering: Gather and document business requirements.

7. Configuration and Testing: Configure application modules, develop acceptance test scenarios, and participate in testing activities.

8. Project Management: Drive adherence to project milestones, report workstream risks and issues, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Required Skills :

1. Advanced knowledge of Oracle Cloud Talent Management modules.

2. Experience with talent management data integration and migration.

3. Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide 7x24 support when required.

Nice to Have Skills :

1. Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.

2. Knowledge of talent management best practices.

3. Certification in Oracle Cloud Talent Management or related field.

Education :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
