Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and purchase orders.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in GST calculations, TDS, and tax filings.
• Work with accounting software to manage financial data.
• Support in preparing financial statements and MIS reports.
• Coordinate with auditors for financial audits and compliance.
Key Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation (GST, TDS).
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally/Zoho/SAP or similar).
Good command of MS Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
Ability to handle reconciliations and financial documentation.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
