Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Marketing & Brand Promotion:
   
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Organize events and campaigns to promote the co-working space.
2. Lead Generation & Business Development:
   
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with businesses, startups, and professionals.
3. Client Conversion & Sales:
   
• Convert leads into confirmed clients by presenting tailored co-working solutions.
• Achieve sales targets for seats, pax, or area rentals.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
   
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Address and resolve client concerns effectively and promptly.
5. Operations & Administration:
   
• Oversee daily operations to maintain a productive and engaging co-working environment.
• Coordinate with the admin and operations team to ensure smooth functioning.
6. Management Reports, Documentation & Compliance:
   
• Prepare and present reports on leasing performance and client feedback.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in sales and business development.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to multitask and manage client relationships effectively.
