Key Responsibilities:

CRM Management:

• Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports based on CRM data.

Data Analysis:

• Track and monitor key performance metrics.
• Deliver actionable insights to the team to guide strategic decisions.

Strategic Support:

• Assist in accessing valuable insights to improve processes and performance.
• Provide high-quality content for lead nurturing and engagement.

Collaboration & Alignment:

• Maintain messaging consistency and support the team with compelling information.
• Work in alignment with marketing to ensure seamless collaboration and adaptability.
