Sales Development Representative

Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Experience: 1 to 4 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners or max 15 days
Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka (Flexible with USA, EU, ME, ANZ working hours)

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule initial appointments.
• Serve as the first contact for high interest leads.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups targeting cold or lukewarm prospects with personalized approaches.
• Achieve performance metrics in outreach volume, follow-up rates, and lead conversions.

Skills:

• Experience in SaaS, SaaS test automation, and sales.
• Strong communication and proactive engagement capabilities.

Shifts:

• USA Shift: 19:30 to 4:30 AM IST
• EU Shift: 12:00 Noon to 21:00 IST
• ME Shift: IST daytime hours
• ANZ Shift: 4:30 AM to 13:30 IST
