Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent the CEO in meetings, drafting reports, presentations, and key communications.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to optimize productivity.
- Develop and oversee budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Foster a high-performance culture by mentoring and guiding team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience (4+ years) in digital marketing, growth strategy, or related fields.
- Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, Senior Marketing, or Strategic Operations role preferred.
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, content marketing, social media, and analytics.
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it effectively to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or technology-driven industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and performance tracking software.
- Strong network within the digital marketing industry.
