We are seeking a Data Analyst with a proven track record of supporting business performance, performance marketing and retention marketing teams through data-driven insights and advanced analytics. This role requires a deep understanding of marketing performance, customer life cycles, and consumer behavior. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and working cross-functionally to support marketing strategy. You will play a key role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives, campaigns, and product launches by delivering actionable insights and ensuring data informs every decision.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: A degree in engineering, data analytics or related field is required, preferably from prestigious institutions such as IIT, NIT, or Tier 1 colleges.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within marketing or product marketing teams, with a focus on supporting marketing campaigns and customer lifecycles.
- Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product management, and engineering.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis is mandatory. Experience working with complex datasets and performing advanced statistical analysis.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI to create impactful dashboards and reports.
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot).
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google and FB ads platforms) to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
- Deep understanding of product marketing metrics, customer behavior analytics, and marketing ROI.
- Expertise in creating predictive models for forecasting campaign performance, customer lifetime value, and marketing budget effectiveness.
- Ability to identify actionable insights from complex datasets and present them clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Market Research Skills:
- Strong ability to synthesize market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis into meaningful data insights.
- Experience in using data to influence product strategy and positioning.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools for advanced data analysis.
- Experience working in fast-paced, data-driven environments (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, or technology sectors).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and persuasively at an executive level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis across multiple sources (CRM systems, product analytics, marketing automation platforms) to derive insights on product performance, campaign effectiveness, and market trends.
- Build and maintain sophisticated dashboards that monitor product marketing KPIs, customer engagement, user acquisition, and ROI.
- Provide real-time reporting on campaign performance and product usage, identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Support the creation of buyer personas and segmentation strategies based on data analysis of customer behavior, demographics, and preferences.
- Campaign Performance Optimization:
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and product launches.
- Leverage A/B and multivariate testing to drive improvements in messaging, audience targeting, and campaign creative, ensuring optimal engagement.
- Recommend data-driven optimizations to increase user acquisition, retention, and engagement with a focus on high-ROI tactics.
- Data Modeling, Forecasting & Predictive Analytics:
- Develop advanced predictive models using statistical techniques to forecast marketing outcomes, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Build marketing attribution models to analyze the impact of various channels on product sales, customer acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Create data-driven scenarios and forecasts for marketing investments, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis:
- Perform in-depth competitive analysis, identifying gaps in the market and opportunities for differentiation.
- Conduct data-driven market research to understand trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning for products.
- Provide insights to influence product development and roadmap based on market needs and demand signals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product, marketing and business intelligence teams to provide data-backed insights that guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on go-to-market strategies, ensuring that all initiatives are supported by robust data analysis and aligned with business goals.
