Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Domian Expert to join our dynamic Video Commerce team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing content/ campaign strategies across multiple touchpoints, driving engagement, and improving key business metrics. You will work closely with the marketing, a- liate teams, 3P and research teams to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation: Liaise with 3P to develop engaging, creative, and high-quality content (text, image, video, and infographics) for various on off-app platform properties.
2. Content/ Media Strategy: Assist in the development and execution of content strategies to increase selection discovery and user engagement.
3. Trend Research: Know the pulse of the industry, spot trends, predict viralities and initiate agile execution from idea to reality. tay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in the social space.
4. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze key demand metrics, engagement metrics, and performance to optimize campaigns and provide reports on growth and effectiveness. Should have a good understanding of various customer cohorts and be able to modulate content to suit their respective needs and aspirations
5. Campaign Management: Coordinate content campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal initiatives, to support overall business goals.
6. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the marketing, and design teams to ensure content is aligned with the brand's voice and overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field from a reputed Institute.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in managing video led campaigns and creating content for various platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their respective best practices.
- Prior experience and understanding of creator economy, influencer ecosystem and current innovations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging and visually appealing content.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for staying up-to-date with social media trends and emerging technologies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
