- Social Media Strategy & Planning - Develop and implement a holistic social media strategy aligned with AiSensy's business goals, focusing on awareness, lead generation, and community building.
- Prioritize YouTube and Instagram as growth channels while also overseeing other relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.
- Team Leadership & Management.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ social media specialists and content creators.
- Set clear performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and ensure continuous skill development within the team.
- YouTube Channel Management.
- Own the entire YouTube presence-content planning, scriptwriting, video production oversight, SEO optimization, and channel analytics.
- Collaborate with video editors and designers to produce high-quality explainer videos, product tutorials, thought leadership content, and more.
- Track and analyze video performance metrics (views, watch time, subscribers, conversion rates) to refine content strategy.
- Instagram Growth & Engagement.
- Strategically manage Instagram content to enhance brand awareness, drive organic traffic, and engage our B2B audience.
- Oversee the design and posting schedule for Reels, carousels, stories, and IGTV/live sessions.
- Leverage engagement strategies (polls, Q&As, contests) to create a vibrant follower community.
- Content Calendar & Cross-Channel Coordination.
- Develop and maintain a robust editorial calendar in partnership with marketing, product, and design teams.
- Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all social media platforms, adapting content to each platform's unique audience.
- Negotiate with vendors, agencies, and freelancers to ensure quality deliverables within budget.
Educational Background.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Social Media & Content Expertise.
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing and growing social channels-particularly YouTube and Instagram-for B2B or SaaS brands.
