Social Media Manager

Objectives of the Role:
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with Aragen's business goals, driving brand visibility and engagement.
- Curate compelling content that resonates with global audiences, encouraging interaction and community-building.
- Optimize social media engagement to promote Aragen's values, services, and mission.
- Track and analyze key metrics to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay current with social media trends and digital marketing innovations to maintain Aragen's competitive edge.
Strategy & Execution:
- Lead the creation and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, amplifying Aragen's online presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce high-quality content (text, images, videos, and graphics) aligned with Aragen's brand and marketing goals.
- Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent, relevant, and timely posting.
- Utilize social media tools to schedule, publish, and analyze content performance, while staying current with platform trends and updates.
Community Engagement:
- Foster a positive online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and handling inquiries promptly.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers and stakeholders to expand the brand's reach and influence.
- Develop and manage day-to-day social media activities, including campaigns, editorial content, promotions, and community outreach.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor social media performance, track KPIs, and report on campaign success.
- Analyze data and insights to assess campaign effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Prepare regular performance reports covering engagement, reach, and conversion metrics.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all social platforms.
- Suggest new initiatives (such as promotions or competitions) to enhance brand visibility and audience interaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management are a plus.
Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.
- Proven success in executing social media campaigns targeting global audiences.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
