Job Description:

- As the SEO & Social Media Community Specialist, you'll lead efforts to optimize our online presence, grow our social media community, and enhance visibility across search engines.

- Your goal will be to attract and engage gaming enthusiasts while fostering a vibrant and loyal community.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management:

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.

- Conduct keyword research tailored to the gaming industry and create content plans around high-impact keywords.

- Optimize on-page SEO elements such as meta tags, titles, URLs, and internal linking structures.

- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with content creators to produce SEO-optimized blog posts, landing pages, and video scripts.

Social Media Strategy & Community Management:

- Design and implement creative campaigns (Organic & Paid) to increase brand visibility on platforms like Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit.

- Actively engage with the gaming and relevant communities by responding to comments, initiating discussions, and building rapport with followers.

- Monitor gaming trends, hashtags, and online buzz to create relevant and engaging content.

- Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand the platform's reach.

- Create and manage a content calendar aligned with gaming events, updates, and trends.

Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and report on campaign performance across SEO and social media channels, measuring key KPIs such as organic traffic, follower growth, engagement rates, and conversions.

- Use insights to refine strategies and maximize ROI.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with developers, designers, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and optimized user experiences.
