Key Responsibilities:

• System Reliability: Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system reliability with a focus on uptime and performance.

Required Skills

• Programming Expertise: Strong foundation in Java, Python, or similar languages, with experience in multithreaded programming.
• Scalable Systems: Knowledge of distributed systems, load balancing, and caching strategies (e.g., Kafka, Redis).
• Database Skills: Proficiency in MySQL/PostgreSQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement robust, scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in designing systems for real-time data processing or high-concurrency applications.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and asynchronous processing.
• Understanding of system observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
