Everymedia Technologies is looking for a Manager to join our Social Media Marketing team.
This role requires candidates with excellent written and verbal communication skills and experience working on pitch decks and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a knowledge leader and trusted advisor for clients, providing critical insights to drive their business forward.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients, resolving major concerns to achieve outstanding results with a long-term perspective.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media channels, trends, and analytics tools, recommending improvements to strengthen existing capabilities.
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver superior client service and creative, groundbreaking plans, ensuring they have the right resources and training.
- Coach, mentor, and delegate responsibilities to the team; support team members and managers who seek to expand their roles.
- Create an inclusive and welcoming environment, engaging all individuals without bias and demonstrating flexibility in a changing work environment.
- Serve as a role model, embodying the company's values and fostering a positive team culture.
- Contribute to new client acquisition by identifying opportunities and building relationships.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience with digital agencies.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and develop pitch decks.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics tools.
