- Attend the required trainings and obtain the necessary AVSEC certifications.
- Screen hold baggage using advanced equipment (e.g., CT-EDS, X-BIS, ETD) to detect and prevent prohibited articles from being transported in hold baggage.
- Perform routine functional checks and ensure the serviceability of screening equipment.
- Identify and address security threats according to airport and regulatory protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards set by BCAS, DGCA, and organizational guidelines.
- Report security incidents promptly to the shift supervisor, respond swiftly, and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with security agencies, personnel, and airport staff to ensure smooth operations.
Job Requirement
Science graduate (preferably in Mathematics) or equivalent.
Good mental and physical health, with no history of substance abuse.
Excellent vision, hearing, and sense of smell.
Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform well under high-pressure situations.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
No criminal record and capable of passing a background verification check.
Proficient in English and Hindi, with no language barriers.
