Senior Executive - PR & Internal Communications

Looking for a Communications Specialist with 4-6 years of Corporate Communications experience, preferably in an IT Co/ GCC. The candidate should have excellent creative communication skills, presentation skills and be well conversant with MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel. The candidate should have good understanding of IT Market trends.

• Support the development of YMSLI brand as an evolving GCC at YMC HQ YMC group companies
• Updates to Global Stakeholders on Co. Activities thru various communication channels such as VIVA Engage, Monthly Communication Dossier etc.
• Implement the External PR Strategy for YMSLI brand strengthening
• PR initiatives to build YMSLI as one of the Best Employer Brand (GPTW) among the Industry
• Network with key Print Electronic and journalists, Initiate story/articles in Media
• Feature Leaders/ One-on-One Interviews in various forums such as Magazines, Podcast, Videos etc.
• Prepare Press Releases and other Communication Materials and faciliate the dissemination of the same
• Planning and organising Corporate Media events in Industry forums
• Prepare the Concept support the development of YMSLI Corporate Website
• Manage internal communication channels including Internal e-magazine, Corporate Mailer etc.
• Support implementation of new channels of communication - Employees, External, YMC Group Cos.
• Monitoring, tracking and reporting the company, competition and industry news
