Role Overview
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will own the relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they derive from Xeno's solutions. You'll collaborate across teams, solve challenges proactively, and drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and queries promptly.
- Regularly meet clients to discuss their goals, challenges, and progress.
Strategic Account Planning
- Develop account plans to achieve client goals and drive account growth.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand product usage and revenue.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to deliver customized solutions.
Client Success & Retention
- Proactively monitor account health and take steps to improve client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely renewals and drive retention by demonstrating Xeno's value.
- Lead onboarding and training for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition to Xeno's platform.
Data-Driven Insights
- Analyze client performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and success stories.
- Present insights and recommendations during QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, or a similar role, preferably in SaaS or CRM industries.
- Proven ability to manage and grow large accounts with measurable outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and present actionable recommendations.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and SaaS products.
- Background in customer engagement, loyalty programs, or marketing technology is a plus.
