Job Title: Key Account Manager - Soft Services.
Job Summary:
- The Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- This role involves developing strategic account plans, coordinating with internal teams, and delivering exceptional service to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
HSQE:
- Conduct risk assessments, SSI, and training as top priorities.
- Ensure incident reporting, near miss reporting, and toolbox talks are conducted per HSQE guidelines.
Agreement/SOW/LOI:
- Ensure all sites have proper Agreements/LOI/PO.
- Map the SOW with manpower deployment/order structure.
- Ensure agreements are renewed on time.
CSI/Performance Scorecard:
- Ensure 100% KPI submission for all sites.
- Maintain performance scores at 90% and above.
- Take corrective actions on priority where scores are below 90%.
Salary/Billing Attendance:
- Ensure accurate attendance is sent on time.
Payment Collection:
- Regularly check AR to ensure all payments are collected as per payment terms.
MMR:
- Submit MMR every month on time for eligible sites.
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation.
Manpower:
- Fulfill manpower requirements as per the contract.
Site Profitability:
- Ensure site budget is within the threshold.
- Review sites above budget and take corrective actions to bring them within the required budget.
Grooming/Punctuality/Integrity:
- Ensure site employees are well-groomed and maintain integrity and punctuality.
- Monitor and take corrective action if necessary.
Employee Satisfaction:
- Address and record site employees' concerns and take relevant actions.
Client Meeting:
- Conduct client meetings as per the visit calendar.
- Circulate MOM to customers/management and close discussed points.
Site Improvement Planning:
- Communicate planning and new ideas for site improvement to the client.
Initiative:
- Take and work upon initiatives to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure site statutory compliances are met and resolve any gaps in alignment with the compliance team.
R & R:
- Conduct R & R as per company policy and forward details to customers and management.
Training:
- Ensure trainings are conducted as per the schedule.
Emergency Preparedness:
- Take preventive measures during lockouts, strikes, accidents, earthquakes, and floods.
Quality Audit:
- Conduct two yearly housekeeping quality audits at all sites.
Equipment Health Checkup:
- Ensure EHC is conducted as per the calendar.
Site Survey:
- Conduct site surveys with the BD team or as instructed by OCS Group Management.
Site Transition:
- Ensure smooth transition of new sites.
Scope of the Role:
- Geographic area of responsibility: Gujarat.
Mobility: Gujarat
Supervision: Site Operations
IT Capability:
- Proficient in Excel, PPT, and emails.
- Experience in HRIS, IoT, and FM Software is an added advantage.
Qualification: Graduation/PG - Hotel Management with 5 years of experience in the FM Industry.
Client Relationship Management is an added advantage.
