About the job:
- We are seeking two experienced Key Account Managers to serve as the main interface with our customers, focusing on Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and managing internal stakeholder coordination to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing day-to-day communications related to Quality, Purchasing, and Supply Chain.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, fostering partnership and long-term collaboration.
- Internal Coordination: Ensure smooth coordination between internal departments to support customer needs and operational efficiency.
- Negotiation & Quotes: Negotiate commercial terms and prepare quotes, representing the company in external customer interactions and internal discussions.
Profile Variants:
Existing Customer Profile:
- Manage relationships for an existing customer based in Bangalore, India, with production in international location.
New Customer Profile:
- Develop and manage relationships with a new customer, with production scheduled to start in coming years, We need international experience.
Qualifications:
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments, preferably in an international context.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary & Compensation:
Budget of - 25 Lakhs (inclusive of all benefits).
