Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
- Gain a deep understanding of the client's business objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions.
Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive account plans to meet client-specific goals and objectives.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Forecast account metrics and report regularly on account performance, ensuring alignment with company targets.
Business Development & Revenue Growth:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services within key accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized solutions that add value to the client's business.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly, escalating complex challenges when necessary.
- Ensure a high level of responsiveness and service quality to maintain client trust and satisfaction.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
- Provide client feedback to internal stakeholders to guide product development and service improvements.
- Act as the client's advocate within the organization, ensuring their needs and expectations are prioritized.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key account metrics, including revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations on account status, trends, and future opportunities.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, agreements, and feedback using CRM systems.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients at various levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities to drive client satisfaction and business growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and tools for account management and reporting.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role managing high-value clients.
- Demonstrated success in growing revenue and achieving sales targets.
- Experience in client-facing roles
