- We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at RiskInsight Consulting Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, serving as the primary point of contact.

- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve business objectives and drive growth.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.

- Conduct regular client meetings to discuss project updates, performance, and any concerns.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.

- Prepare and present reports on account performance and strategies to stakeholders.

- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

- Stay informed about industry trends and market changes to provide relevant insights to clients.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a consulting environment.

- Strong understanding of consulting services and client relationship management.
