Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the salon's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Develop and implement engaging content for social media platforms to increase brand awareness.
• Create graphics, posts, and videos that reflect the salon's identity and promotions.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
• Engage with customers through comments, messages, and reviews on social platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media campaigns align with the overall marketing strategy.
• Track and analyze social media performance, providing reports on key metrics.
• Plan and execute online promotions, contests, and giveaways to boost engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) and video editing software.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
