Role: Marketing Executive (Social Media & Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute SEO/SEM, email, SMS, WhatsApp,
  display ad campaigns, and performance marketing campaigns (Google and
  Meta Ads) for maximum impact.
  
• YouTube Channel Management: Oversee Vidyalankar's YouTube channel,
  optimizing thumbnails, tags, and descriptions for visibility.
  
• Social Media Management: Create & manage Instagram and Facebook with
  effective marketing calendars to boost brand presence.
  
• Content Creation: Develop content like videos, blogs, and posts.

• Create and actively participate in interactive, energetic social media posts, videos and
  reels, demonstrating enthusiasm and energy to engage audiences.
  
• Online Reputation Management (ORM): Respond to comments, answer
  queries, and create blogs for positive ORM on platforms like Quora and
  Mouthshut.
  
• SEO Understanding: Apply basic SEO principles to enhance content visibility on
  search engines.

• Collaboration and Reporting: Liaise with agencies, internal teams, and sales for
  cohesive strategies. Generate ROI reports, provide insights, and optimize future
  campaigns.
  
• Creative Strategies: Contribute to brainstorming for innovative growth
  strategies.
  

Requirements

• Knowledge
  The candidate should have scored at least 60% in the 10th standard board
  exams.
  MBA/bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
  The candidate should be well-versed with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and
  PowerPoint.
  Previous experience in digital marketing.
  
• Skills
  Knowledge of YouTube Studio, Canva, and Mailchimp is a plus.
  Demonstrable experience in managing marketing databases, email, social
  media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  
• Behaviors
  Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
  Enthusiasm, energy, and creativity in creating social media content.
  Willingness to work on weekends for seminars, events, and during the admission
  season.
