Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Executive with 3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, and driving audience growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness.
• Create and schedule engaging posts across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments, and manage online reputation.
• Collaborate with designers and content writers to create visually appealing content.
• Analyze social media metrics and optimize campaigns based on performance.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices.
• Experience in running paid social media campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Industry Experience: Prior experience in financial services or fintech is an advantage.
