Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall sales and operations of the salon.
• Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell salon services and packages.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Oversee the daily functioning of the salon, including scheduling, inventory, and maintaining a smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue.
• Handle team performance, training, and provide guidance for professional growth.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and team management, preferably in the salon or beauty industry.
• Strong skills in cross-selling and upselling products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of salon operations and customer service best practices.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, with 1 day off.
