As a Social Media Editor, you will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing our organizations online presence across various social media platforms. You will assist in crafting engaging content, implementing social media strategies, and monitoring performance metrics to optimize our brands
Key Responsibilities:
Create, develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to the brands goals and target audience.
Collaborate with team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives
Assist in creating and curating high-quality and engaging content that is high in volume for various social media platforms.
Collaborate with the content and larger digital team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company goals.
Schedule and publish social media posts across different platforms using scheduling tools
Monitor posting schedules to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
Manage interns & team to make sure there is no dip in the schedule.
Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a professional and friendly manner.
Foster a positive online community by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Implement basic SEO strategies to improve the visibility of social media content.
Utilize social media analytics tools to monitor and adjust content strategies for optimal reach
Track key performance metrics, such as likes, shares, comments, and follower growth.
Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts and make data- driven recommendations for improvements.
Stay Current with Trends:
Keep up-to-date with social media trends, platform changes, and emerging technologies
Share insights and best practices with the team to continually improve social media presence.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers
