We are looking for hardworking professionals with 6+ years of Workday experience with a preferred Extend expertise. Passionate about customer success, achieving deployment breakthroughs, and delivering inspired applications. You will work directly with our customers to craft and develop innovative solutions to business challenges. Youll lead discovery sessions with customer domain specialists across various technical and product areas to assemble requirements and deliver accurate design documentation. You will build and review technical designs that are consistent, maintainable, flexible and efficient. You should excel at explaining complex concepts in simple terms and understanding customer procedures. You are curious about how things work and love solving puzzles.
Technical Expertise:
2+ years of experience with Workday Extend development
4+ years of experience with Data migration or Integration development or Report building or Software Development
Extensive knowledge of web service technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML) and authentication and authorization methods (OAuth, JWT, WS-Security, SAML, X.509, etc.)
Consulting and Delivery Skills:
4+ years of experience with technical consulting, requirements gathering, or solution design
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
A problem-solver, with a passion for delivering outstanding levels of customer service
Ability to balance multiple projects with customer commitments simultaneously.
Experience implementing Platform-as-a-Service and/or custom web applications, including (ideally) implementing Workday solutions using Human Capital Management, Financial Management or Student Information Systems
Domain Knowledge:
4+ years of Human Resource, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain, or Student domain experience
