Key Responsibiliêes:
Integraê¢on Development & Design:
ï•
Design, develop, and deploy complex integraê¢ons using Workday Studio, ensuring robust,
scalable, and secure integraê¢ons.
ï•
Leverage Workday Integraê¢on Core to create, maintain, and enhance integraê¢ons with various
third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, beneï¬ts management, and other cloud-based
applicaê¢ons).
ï•
ï•
Develop end-to-end soluê¢ons for data exchange, including inbound, outbound, and bi-
direcê¢onal integraê¢ons.
Use advanced Workday Studio tools, such as Transformaê¢on Steps, Web Services (WWS), and
Integraê¢on Templates, to create eï¬ecê¢ve integraê¢on soluê¢ons.
Collaboraê¢on & Requirement Gathering:

Engage with stakeholders from IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to understand integraê¢on
requirements and business processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to gather and document integraê¢on requirements and provide
design soluê¢ons that align with business needs.
Work with funcê¢onal teams to implement Workday integraê¢ons that meet security, regulatory,
and business requirements.
System Conï¬guraê¢on & Customizaê¢on:

ï•
Conï¬gure Workday Studio components (e.g., integraê¢on ï¬ows, connectors, transformaê¢ons) to
support integraê¢on requirements.
Set up and maintain integraê¢on connectors between Workday and external systems like payroll
providers, banking systems, third-party HR systems, and ï¬nancial applicaê¢ons.
Customize Workdayâs standard integraê¢on templates to ï¬t the organizaê¢onâs speciï¬c needs.
Tesê¢ng & Troubleshooê¢ng:

Develop and execute comprehensive integraê¢on tesê¢ng (unit, system, and end-to-end) to ensure
accuracy, security, and performance.
ï•
Troubleshoot and resolve integraê¢on issues, ensuring data integrity and minimizing disrupê¢on to
business processes.
ï•
Perform conê¢nuous monitoring of integraê¢ons, ensuring they run as expected and addressing
any errors or issues that arise.
Documentaê¢on & Support:

Create and maintain detailed documentaê¢on for integraê¢on designs, technical speciï¬caê¢ons,
and process workï¬ows.
Provide ongoing support for Workday integraê¢on soluê¢ons, including debugging and resolving
producê¢on issues.
Provide experê¢se and guidance on best pracê¢ces for developing and maintaining integraê¢ons in
Workday.
Conê¢nuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:

Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features, ensuring integraê¢ons are compaê¢ble
with system updates.
Idenê¢fy opportuniê¢es for improving integraê¢on performance, scalability, and automaê¢on within
Workday and related systems.
Share knowledge and mentor other team members on Workday Integraê¢on Core, Workday
Studio, and best integraê¢on pracê¢ces.
Qualiï¬caê¢ons:
Experience:
ï•
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Integraê¢on Studio and Integraê¢on
Core.
ï•
Proven experience with Workdayâs integraê¢on tools, including Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise
Interface Builder), Workday Web Services (WWS), Core Connectors, and Workday Integraê¢on
Cloud.
ï•
ï•
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, and other core modules is essenê¢al.
Experience in developing and maintaining integraê¢ons with external systems using various
protocols like SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP, and web services.
ï•
ï•
Experê¢se in integraê¢on design, including mapping, transformaê¢on, data validaê¢on, error
handling, and troubleshooê¢ng.
Prior experience in implemenê¢ng Workday Studio soluê¢ons for complex integraê¢ons is required.
Skills:
ï•
ï•
Experê¢se in Workday Studio integraê¢on development and Integraê¢on Core management.
Strong experience with various integraê¢on tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoê¢, Dell Boomi,
Jiê¢erbit).
ï•
ï•
ï•
ï•
Knowledge of data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and XSLT.
Solid understanding of API development and integraê¢on protocols (REST, SOAP, HTTP, etc.).
Strong problem-solving abiliê¢es and troubleshooê¢ng skills.
Ability to eï¬ecê¢vely work in a collaboraê¢ve team environment and communicate complex
integraê¢on concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Cerê¢ï¬caê¢ons (Preferred):

Workday Integraê¢on Core and/or Workday Studio Cerê¢ï¬caê¢on.
Workday HCM, Payroll, or other relevant cerê¢ï¬caê¢ons are a plus.
