Integraꢀon Development & Design:

Design, develop, and deploy complex integraꢀons using Workday Studio, ensuring robust,
scalable, and secure integraꢀons.
ï‚•
Leverage Workday Integraꢀon Core to create, maintain, and enhance integraꢀons with various
third-party systems (e.g., ERP, payroll, benefits management, and other cloud-based
applicaꢀons).
ï‚•
ï‚•
Develop end-to-end soluꢀons for data exchange, including inbound, outbound, and bi-
direcꢀonal integraꢀons.
Use advanced Workday Studio tools, such as Transformaꢀon Steps, Web Services (WWS), and
Integraꢀon Templates, to create effecꢀve integraꢀon soluꢀons.
Collaboraꢀon & Requirement Gathering:

Engage with stakeholders from IT, HR, Finance, and other departments to understand integraꢀon
requirements and business processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to gather and document integraꢀon requirements and provide
design soluꢀons that align with business needs.
Work with funcꢀonal teams to implement Workday integraꢀons that meet security, regulatory,
and business requirements.
System Configuraꢀon & Customizaꢀon:

Configure Workday Studio components (e.g., integraꢀon flows, connectors, transformaꢀons) to
support integraꢀon requirements.
Set up and maintain integraꢀon connectors between Workday and external systems like payroll
providers, banking systems, third-party HR systems, and financial applicaꢀons.
Customize Workday’s standard integraꢀon templates to fit the organizaꢀon’s specific needs.
Tesꢀng & Troubleshooꢀng:

Develop and execute comprehensive integraꢀon tesꢀng (unit, system, and end-to-end) to ensure
accuracy, security, and performance.
ï‚•
Troubleshoot and resolve integraꢀon issues, ensuring data integrity and minimizing disrupꢀon to
business processes.

Perform conꢀnuous monitoring of integraꢀons, ensuring they run as expected and addressing
any errors or issues that arise.
Documentaꢀon & Support:

Create and maintain detailed documentaꢀon for integraꢀon designs, technical specificaꢀons,
and process workflows.
Provide ongoing support for Workday integraꢀon soluꢀons, including debugging and resolving
producꢀon issues.
Provide experꢀse and guidance on best pracꢀces for developing and maintaining integraꢀons in
Workday.
Conꢀnuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing:

Stay up-to-date with Workday releases and new features, ensuring integraꢀons are compaꢀble
with system updates.

Share knowledge and mentor other team members on Workday Integraꢀon Core, Workday
Studio, and best integraꢀon pracꢀces.
Qualificaꢀons:
Experience:
ï‚•
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Integraꢀon Studio and Integraꢀon
Core.
ï‚•
Proven experience with Workday’s integraꢀon tools, including Workday Studio, EIB (Enterprise
Interface Builder), Workday Web Services (WWS), Core Connectors, and Workday Integraꢀon
Cloud.
ï‚•
ï‚•
In-depth knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Finance, and other core modules is essenꢀal.
Experience in developing and maintaining integraꢀons with external systems using various
protocols like SOAP, REST, FTP, SFTP, and web services.
ï‚•
ï‚•
Experꢀse in integraꢀon design, including mapping, transformaꢀon, data validaꢀon, error
handling, and troubleshooꢀng.
Prior experience in implemenꢀng Workday Studio soluꢀons for complex integraꢀons is required.

Skills:

Experꢀse in Workday Studio integraꢀon development and Integraꢀon Core management.
Strong experience with various integraꢀon tools and middleware (e.g., MuleSoꢁ, Dell Boomi,
Jiꢂerbit).

Knowledge of data formats such as XML, JSON, CSV, and XSLT.
Solid understanding of API development and integraꢀon protocols (REST, SOAP, HTTP, etc.).
Strong problem-solving abiliꢀes and troubleshooꢀng skills.
Ability to effecꢀvely work in a collaboraꢀve team environment and communicate complex
integraꢀon concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
