Job Description

 
  • Lead and manage a team of six Talent Acquisition Partners focused on hiring for Workday s Global Revenue organization in India.
  • Collaborate with the India Talent Acquisition Director and global TA leadership to define and execute the hiring strategy for the Pune site.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, including leaders in Sales, Customer Support, Consulting, and Go-To-Market functions, as well as People Partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure the team delivers an exceptional candidate experience and maintains a high standard of hiring quality.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent from diverse backgrounds.
  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor team performance, hiring trends, and capacity planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and growth projections.
  • Act as a champion for Workday s employer brand in the global revenue space, partnering with the Talent Branding & Marketing team to enhance visibility and engagement with potential candidates.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, coaching, and development within the Talent Acquisition team.
About You
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience leading a Talent Acquisition team focused on hiring for Sales, Customer Support, Consulting, or Go-To-Market functions.
  • Experience managing TA operations in a high-growth environment, ideally within the technology or enterprise software sector.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian talent market, particularly in Pune and other key hiring hubs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
  • Skilled in using data to drive decisions and improve team performance.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
