The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in sourcing, attracting, and recruiting top talent for sales and pre-sales positions.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Acquisition:

• End-to-end hiring for non-technical roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop hiring strategies aligned with business goals.

Non-Technical Hiring:

• Lead recruitment for Non-IT functions especially in Sales / pre-sales
• Build a pipeline for leadership and niche non-tech roles.

Process Optimization:

• Audit and improve TA processes for scalability and efficiency.
• Implement technology and best practices to enhance workflows.

Employer Branding:

• Strengthen the company's employer brand through campaigns and external events.

Stakeholder Management:

• Excellent skills in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years in talent acquisition with expertise in non-tech hiring experience.
• Proven expertise in process improvement and stakeholder management.
