The candidate must have good knowledge of tractor products. Candidates from Tractor or Agriculture Machinery/Implements industry may apply for this role.

Job Description

1. Product benchmarking trials with respect to competition.

2. Ability to handle product technical issues.

3. New product launch readiness.

4. Having detailed knowledge of competition models features, USP's, and benefits.

5. Validate new product development at plant to be as per design specifications.

6. Drive Product establishment project individually.

7. Providing Technical content for making of sales talk, leaflets, launch, training and video testimonials.

8. Coordination with field and plant team for Benchmarking Trials & Customer Feedback.

9. Preparation and updation of Speed Chart and Product Specification of Company's and competition Models.

10. Training the sales, service and dealer team technically and providing adequate knowledge.
