Job Description
As a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will support the Global Talent Acquisition Operations Leader in creating organizational efficiencies, improving processes, and enhancing the overall candidate experience. You will assist in implementing standardized critical processes and contribute to the teams goal of achieving operational excellence in talent acquisition.
- Responsibilities:

- Assist in assessing talent acquisition program and workflow strengths, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting the implementation of enhancements.
- Help gather and analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and contribute to actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Support the development and maintenance of reporting capabilities for global talent acquisition.
- Aid in researching external best practices, innovations, and trends in talent acquisition to incorporate into organizational solutions.
- Create and update operational support materials, process documents, and training resources.
- Provide technical support and guidance to recruiters and hiring managers on talent acquisition tools and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of recruiting operations with organizational goals.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships for talent acquisition tools and products.

- Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruitment operations and technology.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as PowerBI or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of recruiting metrics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a global, matrix environment.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a global talent acquisition function.
- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.
- Proficiency in PowerBI or similar tools for data analysis and reporting.
