Workday Consultant Talent & Performance

Job Description:

We are seeking a Workday Talent & Performance Consultant with expertise in Workday Core HCM and Talent & Performance modules to join our team in Bangalore, India. This functional role requires hands-on configuration experience to support Workday implementations, optimizations, and system enhancements . The ideal candidate will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design and configure Workday Talent & Performance solutions that enhance workforce development, career progression, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Talent & Performance and Core HCM modules.
• Analyze HR processes and business requirements , translating them into Workday functional configurations .
• Design and configure business processes, security roles, and reporting dashboards to support talent management strategies.
• Optimize goal setting, performance reviews, succession planning, and career development workflows.
• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless integration between Core HCM and Talent & Performance functionalities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Workday functional issues , providing post-implementation support and enhancements.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and recommend improvements to Talent & Performance and Core HCM processes.
• Provide user training, documentation, and change management support to ensure system adoption.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience , specializing in Talent & Performance and Core HCM modules.
• Strong configuration experience in Workday, including business process setup, security, and reporting .
• Expertise in goal management, performance reviews, succession planning, and career development configurations.
• Solid understanding of Core HCM functionalities , including organizational structures and employee lifecycle management.
• Workday Talent & Performance and Core HCM certification (preferred).
• Experience collaborating with HR teams and stakeholders to optimize HR processes and system functionalities .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable Workday solutions .

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation, Learning, or Recruiting is a plus.
• Familiarity with Workday Reporting & Analytics for talent insights and workforce planning.
• Exposure to Agile project management methodologies.
