Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Sa les and Admission Experts to join our team. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about sports, particularly football, with the ability to connect with parents and students to promote and secure admissions for our premium football coaching programs. Your goal is to convert leads into admissions by effectively presenting the value of our curriculum and coaching.

• Reach out to prospective students and their parents via phone, email, and in-person to explain our football coaching programs and admission process.
• Understand client needs, aspirations, and concerns to provide tailored guidance about our offerings.
• Utilise your football knowledge to confidently discuss the curriculum, coaching methods, and the benefits of our programs.
• Manage and follow up with leads to nurture relationships and encourage enrollment.
• Achieve or exceed monthly admission targets through effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to optimise lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions, admissions, and feedback in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sports education advancements, and our program details.

• 2 years of experience in sales executive.
• Prior experience in telesales or a similar role (preferred).
• Passion and knowledge about football (is a plus).
• Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (mandatory); Telugu and Malayalam is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, admissions, or customer-facing roles (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving targets.
• Basic familiarity with CRM tools and admission systems.
