Job Description
- We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executives to join our team.
- The ideal candidates should be proficient in sales recruitment and capable of handling two positions simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit top sales talent for our team.
- Handle multiple recruitment positions simultaneously.
- Conduct interviews and evaluate potential candidates.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales recruitment.
- Proficiency in one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability for joining.
- Must be willing to work from the office.
Qualifications:
- bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales recruitment.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
