Job Description:

As an HR Recruiter / Senior HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the organization, ensuring an efficient hiring cycle. Your primary responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and managing candidates across various roles in the company.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Manpower Requisition Processing: Process manpower requisitions as per the requirements received from the HR Head, ensuring recruitment actions commence upon approval.
• Recruitment Sourcing Plan: Prepare and execute a detailed recruitment sourcing plan, adhering strictly to policies and the approved organizational structure.
• Candidate Categorization/Scaling: Categorize and scale candidates as per the prescribed restrictions and guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Confidentiality Maintenance: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate information, both internally and externally, to uphold data privacy standards.
• Bulk Communications: Manage bulk email communications effectively, ensuring clarity and professionalism in outreach.
• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, advertisements, and other social platforms) to actively source potential candidates.
• Data Bank Maintenance: Maintain and manage a comprehensive candidates data bank to track progress and ensure quick access to profiles.
• Screening and Interviews: Conduct first-level screening of candidates through telephonic interviews or in-person assessments, from Junior Executive to Managerial roles.
• Candidate Tracking: Track shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial screening to finalization, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates.
• Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional tasks and responsibilities in the absence of the in-charge recruiter.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Non-IT Recruitment Experience
• Preferred candidates with prior experience in Manufacturing and Trading industries.
