- Handling enquiries, Explaining course and industry information, convincing candidate for registration, completing the registration process.
- Handling candidate grievances and queries.
- Working towards Batch target, monthly target and revenue target.
- Ability to do Sales and after Sales supports through remote operation.
- Daily update on lead management in CRM (Zoho).
- Building rapport with Alumnis for referrals, Course completion and placements.
- Timely reports.
Candidate Profile
- Good Communication: English/Tamil/ Hindi - Speaking Mandatory.
- Preferred candidates are those with experience in B2C sales, such as telesales, web sales, or digital sales.
- Quick Learner and Good Observation listening skills.
- Achiever Target oriented.
- Objection Handling Negotiation.
- Telephone Mail Etiquette.
- Adaptability Sustainability.
