The Subscription Sales & Operations Executive is responsible for driving subscription sales growth of the company, managing day-to-day operations & ensuring seamless inter-departmental coordination between the clients, sales & studio team.
Responsibilities:
Tele-Sales from the given database of prospective clients for selling subscriptions, print and digital media products of the company.
Generate leads and Support the Sales GM to set up meetings for the leads
Send proposals by email and whatsapp to the clients
Manage all Media Operations by coordinating with clients for ad materials, and give to studio and take client approvals so that the ad can be placed before it goes for printing.
Follow up with the clients for reducing their outstanding payments.
Make weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports.
The candidate should have atleast 2 years of relevant proven experience working in sales & operations for media company preferably for B2B magazines, strong verbal & written communication skills along with strong inter-departmental coordination skills.
