National Manager - Learning & Development (Affordable Business)

Reporting to: Head - Learning and Development

Key job responsibilities:

- Identifying training needs, in line with the top business priorities for the zone

- Designing individual training and development plans

- Planning, organising, and conducting training interventions

- Tracking training progress and measuring effectiveness

- Identification and development of in-house SMEs as trainers

- Define and measure effectiveness of training and other learning interventions

- Driving completion of compliance training programs

- Developing training content, presentations, handouts, instructional materials etc.

- Administering the LMS & LXP platforms

- Preparing, maintaining, and analysing training MIS & dashboards

- Preferably, experienced in designing & delivering training for Frontline Sales

Experience: 10 + Years (3-5 Years experience in Housing Finance)

Education: MBA (preferably)

Location - Mumbai (Borivali)
