About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Executive Officer to lead the launch and growth of our exciting new real estate venture. The CEO will be responsible for all aspects of the company's operations, from strategic planning and business development to project execution and team leadership. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned leader to shape the future of a promising new company.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 4-5 year strategic business plan outlining key objectives, growth strategies, and financial projections.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and adapt to market trends.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, government agencies, and industry professionals.
Sales:
- Identify and pursue Sales of the projects.
Project Execution:
- Oversee all aspects of project development and execution, including design, construction, and project management.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing team of 175+ professionals across various departments, including project management, construction, sales, marketing, and finance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and employee growth.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Financial Performance:
- Manage the company's overall financial performance, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow projections, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and accounting standards.
Branding & Design:
- Oversee the development and implementation of the company's brand identity, including logo, messaging, and visual identity.
- Guide the design and construction planning for all projects, ensuring they align with the company's brand and target market.
Support Functions:
- Support functions such as HR, finance, and legal will be provided by the holding company.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Deep understanding of the real estate development process, including land acquisition, planning, design, construction, and sales.
- Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong financial and analytical skills.
- Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
