Senior Executive MIS

Role & responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize Google Sheets & Tableau functions to analyze data, create reports, and present meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain customized reports and dashboards for data presentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Data Processing and Validation: Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.
• Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of workbook.
• Understanding of advanced calculations and statistical functions.
• Handle data collection, processing, and validation tasks to ensure data accuracy.
• Implement data validation checks and cleansing processes to maintain data quality.
• Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize data-related workflows.
• Assist in implementing process enhancements to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain documentation related to data processes, reporting templates, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, or similar).
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and MIS, with advanced Tableau & Google Sheet skills.
• Familiarity with Google looker studio is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
