Job Description for Senior MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of google sheet is mandatory
• System Management:
• Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of management information systems.
• Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of data across systems.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Develop and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making processes.
• Analyses data trends and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
• Design and implement dashboards and visualizations to communicate data effectively.
• Project Management:
• Lead or participate in MIS-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure project success.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the MIS framework.
• Develop and implement best practices and standards for data management and system use.
• Train and support staff in the use of information systems and reporting tools.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Work closely with business units to understand their information needs and ensure systems meet those needs.
• Provide technical support and guidance to users and resolve issues as they arise.
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to align MIS initiatives with business goals.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing complex information systems and data projects.
• Experience with business intelligence tools, databases, and reporting software (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
• Skills:
