Hris Analyst

Role Overview: the HRIS Analyst will play a vital role in supporting change requests, improving configurations, troubleshooting issues, and driving system integrations for the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and enhancing SAP SuccessFactors core HR modules to meet evolving business needs.
• Address and resolve configuration change requests, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve system issues efficiently, minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline HR processes and enhance system usability.
• Support the integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other business applications (IT, Security, Finance) and contribute to automation efforts.
• Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, workflows, and changes to facilitate knowledge sharing and transparency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 35 years of experience in HR systems, with hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and support.
• Proven experience troubleshooting HR system issues and implementing system changes.
• Familiarity with system integrations, including APIs, and experience working with IT and Finance teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive solution approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
