About the Job:
HRIS Analyst job description entails managing and maintaining the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS system, ensuring data integrity, configuring system settings, providing user support, developing reports, and optimizing workflows to streamline HR processes, all while acting as the primary administrator for the Dayforce platform within the organization; essentially bridging the gap between HR operations and the Dayforce system to facilitate efficient data management and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Managing Dayforce system configuration, updates, and maintenance as the primary administrator.
Setting up user access levels and security roles.
Troubleshooting system issues and resolving user queries.
Ensuring data accuracy and integrity through regular audits and data cleansing activities.
Importing and exporting employee data as needed.
Managing employee data across different modules like core HR, payroll, benefits, and time attendance.
Developing and maintaining customized dashboards and reports to support HR decision-making.
Analyzing data trends to identify areas for process improvement
Providing comprehensive training to employees on Dayforce functionalities and system navigation.
Assisting users with resolving system-related issues and questions.
Collaborating with HR stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements to improve efficiency.
Streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks within Dayforce.
Maintaining compliance with relevant labor laws and data privacy regulations within the Dayforce system.
Requirements:

Proven experience administering and managing a HRIS system, preferably Ceridian Dayforce.
Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
