Job Description
As an HR Business Partner at WN Infotech, you will be a strategic partner to the business, working closely with department heads and employees to provide HR guidance and support. You will play a key role in driving HR initiatives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the company's growth and development.
- Develop strong working relationships with department heads and employees to understand business objectives and provide strategic HR support.
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
- Lead the recruitment process for designated departments, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, including training and development programs, performance appraisal systems, and recognition programs.
- Support employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering and employee relations.
- Experience working in the technology industry is preferred.
- HR certification (e. g. , SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
