Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Zoho Commerce Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with Zoho's ecosystem, specifically Zoho Commerce, and a strong understanding of eCommerce best practices. This role involves developing and implementing robust, scalable solutions within the Zoho Commerce platform to meet our business objectives and enhance customer experience. The candidate should be adept at integrating third-party applications, customizing the platform, and ensuring seamless functionality across the entire Zoho suite.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Platform Development: Design, develop, and manage eCommerce solutions using Zoho Commerce, ensuring efficient, secure, and user-friendly experiences.

Customization and Configuration: Customize Zoho Commerce features to meet specific business needs, including layout, templates, and modules.

Integration Management: Integrate Zoho Commerce with other Zoho applications (CRM, Inventory, Books, etc. ) and third-party systems to ensure smooth data flow and process automation.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and enhance the platform s performance, ensuring high load speeds, minimal downtime, and optimal user experience.

Bug Fixing and Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any technical issues or bugs within the Zoho Commerce platform to maintain a seamless experience.

Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that align with business goals and user expectations.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of workflows, technical processes, and development procedures for team use and knowledge sharing.

Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing of all developments and updates to ensure functionality and stability.

Client and Team Training: Provide training sessions and technical support to internal team members or clients, ensuring effective use of Zoho Commerce features.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Zoho Expertise: Proficient in Zoho Commerce and familiarity with other Zoho applications (CRM, Inventory, Books, Creator, etc. ).

Programming Languages: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery; understanding of back-end languages like PHP or Python is a plus.

API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations, especially within the Zoho environment.

eCommerce Best Practices: Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms, trends, and user experience principles.

Data Management: Proficient in database management and data migration practices, especially with Zoho Analytics.

SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles and their application within eCommerce platforms.

Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and stakeholder interactions.

Qualification & Experience Required

Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in developing and managing eCommerce solutions, with at least 1-2 years specifically in Zoho Commerce.

Certifications: Zoho certifications in relevant applications (Zoho Commerce, Zoho CRM) are preferred.

Portfolio: Proven track record of successful Zoho Commerce implementations; a portfolio showcasing relevant projects is highly desirable.
