Job Description
As an HR Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within the organization. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and onboarding processes, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support the HR team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions, training programs, and integration into the organization.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
- Oversee employee performance evaluation processes and provide feedback and coaching to employees as needed.
- Lead and develop the HR team, providing direction, support, and mentoring to team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management, with demonstrated experience in all areas of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
