Job Description
- Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts,and interactive activities, tailored to the needs of various technical skilllevels.
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions both in-personand virtually, ensuring participants grasp complex technical concepts.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments andfeedback, continuously refining content and delivery methods for maximumimpact.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders toidentify training needs and develop relevant curriculum.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, integratingnew technologies and best practices into training programs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during andafter training sessions, fostering a supportive learning environment.
- Maintain training records and documentation, trackingparticipant progress and training outcomes
- Proficiency in a variety of technical domains, including but notlimited to software development, data analysis, cybersecurity, cloud computing,and networking.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technicaltraining programs, with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with thecapacity to engage diverse audiences and adapt training content to differentlearning styles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuouslearning and skill development.
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adultlearning methodologies.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in adynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical training, with a minimum of 0 to 3years in a similar role.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Technical Trainer(CTT+) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Experience working in the IT industry, preferably in rolesinvolving software development, system administration, or technical support.
