Data Analytics and Visualization Engineer

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources (internal and external).
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
• Apply statistical models and machine learning algorithms to draw insights and predictions from the data.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using industry-standard tools (e. g. , Power BI, Tableau, or D3. js).
• Create custom reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights.
• Ensure visualizations are user-friendly, providing stakeholders with clear, accurate, and easily interpretable information.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data scientists, and management to understand data needs and translate them into visual reports.
• Present analytical findings and visualizations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data visualizations and adjust as needed based on feedback and evolving business requirements.
• Stay updated on industry trends in data visualization and analytics, implementing best practices and new technologies where applicable.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in data analysis and manipulation using programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3. js.
• Strong understanding of database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with data processing frameworks and tools (e. g. , Hadoop, Spark, ETL tools).
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and techniques (e. g. , regression analysis, hypothesis testing).
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and their application to data analytics.
